Refund policy

Returns

Unused, original condition merchandise is eligible for a full refund for 14 days after delivery. 

Customers must incur the cost of shipping returns or exchanges back to Unicorne. Unicorne Beads will ship back exchanges & replacements for FREE

Only orders originating in the United States are eligible for our free exchange & replacement service.

If you have received damaged and/or missing items please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at 714-572-8558 or you can e-mail sales@unicornebeads.com. Please have your order# and item numbers available so that we may review the order with you.

Please return items with a copy of the original invoice

For returns older than 14 days a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

The following items are not eligible for returns unless defective:.

  • Discontinued Items
  • Closeout Beads
  • Assorted Sets
  • Special order items
  • Unstrung/Used Beads

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take several business days.
