Shipping & Refund Policies
Our minimum order is $25.00
Standard shipping is free for all domestic orders $100+
Shipping & rush charges are nonrefundable
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends or holidays.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email containing your tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Unused, original condition merchandise is eligible for a full refund for 14 days after delivery.
Customers must incur the cost of shipping returns or exchanges back to Unicorne. Unicorne Beads will ship back exchanges & replacements for FREE
Only orders originating in the United States are eligible for our free exchange & replacement service.
If you have received damaged and/or missing items please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at 714-572-8558 or you can e-mail email@example.com. Please have your order# and item numbers available so that we may review the order with you.
Please return items with a copy of the original invoice
For returns older than 14 days a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take several business days.
US Shipping Options
Economy Shipping (5 to 8 Business Days) Only eligible for orders under 1lb
Standard Shipping (1-4 Business Days) Eligible for all orders
International Shipping Options:
All orders will be sent out by USPS International Priority Mail (Prices will vary depending on the location)
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Unicorne Beads has no control over these charges, nor can Unicorne Beads predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
